The Claus Haus Villa is located on a quiet cove within the Deerfield Resort. The lakefront home offers convenient access to the water and the finest marinas on Lake Norris.

• Master Bedroom (top level): Queen head/foot board and night stand. Cordless phone and answering machine
• Queen Bedroom (mid-level): Queen head/foot board
• Bunk Bedroom (mid-level): Full bed with twin upper bunk
• Queen Bedroom (lowest-level): Queen head/foot board and cordless phone
• Bunk Bedroom (lowest-level): Full bed with twin upper bunk

Outdoor Decks

• There are a total 3 decks w/ lake views to the rear of the house. The two lower decks provide direct access from the 4 rear facing bedrooms. All decks are connected with outside stairs. The lowest deck has cement stairs to the docks.
• Top deck off of main family/dining room has outdoor dining furniture to serve 6 and mid level deck has outdoor dining furniture to serve 4. The lowest level deck has 3 additional chairs for relaxing!!!
• New stainless Gas Grill w/ accessories on top deck.

Misc

• Mop, broom, dust pan, vacuum cleaner
• Washer and Dryer in laundry room

Below are some items you will want to bring:

• TOWELS (bath and beach, wash cloths, additional dish towels)
• Paper items (towels, facial tissues, additional toilet tissue, etc.)
• Bath soap, shampoo, etc...
• Laundry detergent
• Garbage bags (tall kitchen & 33 gallon). All refuse must be in plastic bags.
• Cone shaped coffee filters
• Foil/plastic wrap

• Starter supplies of bath soap, toilet tissue, coffee filters and dishwashing detergent

Directions to Claus Haus Villa

Mileage from major cities:

The Claus Haus is centrally located within 7 hours driving time of 70 percent of the U.S. population.

Exit I-75 at Caryville (#134) and head towards La Follette/Jacksboro.  There is a Super Wal-Mart in Jacksboro at 2824 Appalachain Hwy (Rt 25).  Will be on your left.  This is your last good stop for supplies (food, beer, wine, etc…)

From this point on make sure to follow signs for Deerfield Resort.  Stay on Coolridge Road which will then turn into Long Hollow Road.  Sharp left turn onto Cedarcreek Road at Cedar Creek Market.  

Make a right onto Alder Springs Road.  Fast Freddy's is a gas station, carry out, restaurant, etc… on the right corner.  Very last establishment of any kind until you get to Deerfield Resort.

  YOU'RE ALMOST THERE!!!!!!

There may be a guard at the entrance to the resort.  If so, show them your parking tag and let them know you are visiting the Claus Haus.   

The golf course is just to the right at the Entrance Gate.

Continue on Deerfield Way.  The marina and boat ramp will be located to the left not too far from entrance gate.

Stay on Deerfield Way all the way to the Rental Office (Pool, Restaurant).  Make a Right, staying on Deerfield Way.  You’ll go past the Tennis Courts and playground.

Make a Right on Deerwood Lane.  Stay on Deerwood Lane following it along the lake.  You’ll come to an area where there are several similar looking (12) houses.  These are called the Villas.  Our house is the very last Villa styled home.

Our home can park 3 cars (possibly 4 small cars).  If you have a trailer, all trailers must be stored in the boat Storage area (you will have to buy tag at Rental Office).
