Policies
- 3 night minimum stay (Sat to Sat weekly during peak season)
- $150 required cleaning fee per rental.
- Reservations held on first come first serve basis with security deposit of $500.00 and signed Rental Agreement only.
- Pet fee of $10/night per pet.
- Full rental fee is due 90 days prior to your arrival reservation date.
- Tennessee sales tax of 9.25% and Campbell County hotel tax of 5% added to above fees.
- Check in is no earlier than 4:00 pm. Check out is no later than 10:00 am.
- For availability and reservations, please contact the owner's directly.
- Cash, Visa, MasterCard are accepted.
